Steffany has loved to cook since she was a wee child. (No, really). She made her first pie when she was still in the single digits, and later experimented with doughnuts, creme brulee, and eggs benedict, all before she hit the age of 15.
Her brother still recalls her first attempt at eggs benedict as the best he has ever had, which is why she hasn’t made it for him since. Why would she want to ruin such a carefully constructed memory of perfection?
